I procrastinate on things like calling to reschedule a dentist appt. or transferring money from one account to another. These are tasks that are "simple" but I put them off and put them off because I think "that's quick and easy, I'll do it later." but what ends up happening is it becomes to late to cancel the dentist without a fee, or my bank account goes negative. When I'm in a bullet journal mode one of the prompts I've set up for myself is "what is one to-do that is taking up way too much mental space?" This reveals just how much mental space I've given this one to-do and it makes me more motivated to get it done and out of my head.
