Friends!!! I’ve been obsessing over books lately. Books really come in seasons for me and man, am I in one heck of a reading frenzy currently. First of all, many ADHDers struggle with reading comprehension. We get distracted, lose interest, and often have to start the page over and over and over again - which can be frustrating and ultimately lead to another unfinished book added to the shelf.. and SHAME. Right back to the SHAME per usual.
However, I want to make it very clear that listening to an audiobook is a VALID WAY to read a book. Most of the time, it’s what ADHDers prefer. If you are interested in checking out my favorite audiobook platform, you can try out Audible for a free 30-day trial that also comes with A FREE BOOK!
So — that being said, here’s a list of ADHD-related books that I wanted to send out to you, if you’re feeling the itch to read. These are a few of my faves recently. In no particular order whatsoever…

I’ve mentioned this one a few times - I like it because, for me, it was easy to read and also paints a very clear picture of what it’s like to live with ADHD. It provides some super helpful strategies on how to navigate your emotions/life. I was also lucky enough to have the author, Tamara Rosier, on my podcast a few months back and I just love her so much. You can listen to that episode HERE
