Hello again!
Like many of you, I discovered my ADHD while watching a steady stream of relatable TikTok/IG reels. (along with other unnerving symptoms and therapy visits) The ADHD community on social media made such a profound impact on me, that I pivoted my whole entire life and joined the handful of creators/advocates/coaches who were bravely sharing their stories and standing up to the stigma. The ADHD community undoubtedly changed the trajectory of my life.
It’s nearly impossible for me to narrow down my list of favorite ADHD Accounts to follow - I have WAAAYY more than 10 favorites. These people are like family to me now. I am so impressed by the work that they are doing in this community, that I wanted to share their stories with you. But first… a poll. I love a poll.
After my ADHD diagnosis, I discovered a little-known fact that ADHD commonly overlaps with eating disorders. Becca helps adults with ADHD who are struggling with disordered eating, body image issues, and chronic dieting. She teaches ADHDers how to make peace with food and feel empowered.

Being a mom is hard. Being a mom with ADHD can feel hopeless at times. If you’re a mama with ADHD, you need someone like Patricia Sung in your back pocket. Patricia is an ADHD coach, speaker, and host of the popular podcast Motherhood in ADHD. She helps moms with ADHD rise above the overwhelm, take control of their time, and build a life they love – all while working WITH your ADHD brain and not against it. Patricia offers courses, coaching, and retreats that all help moms. 😊

Ellie Midds is one of my favorite new-to-me “finds” in social media land. I actually discovered her on Linkedin – where she has a massive number of followers (240,000+ and growing). She has a captivating personality and speaks loudly for neurodivergent brains and I respect her madly for the work that she’s doing in this community.
