Hiiii! I’ve been thinking a lot about my ADHD friends who are struggling at work. I think about this all the time - as this is an area of my life that’s been SO. DIFFICULT. I’ve had SOOO. Many. Jobs. It took me many, many years to find my groove. It’s truly a work-in-progress. 😉
I want to know. How are you managing at work?
There are so many unknowns when you’re diagnosed with ADHD and you’re struggling at work. What the heck are accommodations? Do I disclose at work? Heck, I had 50,000 followers on Instagram (talking solely about ADHD) before I felt comfortable enough to tell my employer about my ADHD.
This common struggle is one reason that I helped build a resource that helps tackle these issues. You can download this resource ~ ADHD in the Workplace Guide for FREE below👇
💖Transparently, I’ve finally found my place working at Shimmer, because I fully believe in their mission and know that it’s a great resource and option for this community. If you want to go down the ADHD Coaching rabbit hole and want to give it a try, you can use code: MYLADYADHD at checkout for 35% Off your first month!
If you’ve worked with Shimmer before, I’d love to hear your feedback in the comments 😇
Also, today is a HUGE day for the team as we’re launching Shimmer 2.0 on Product Hunt. We are currently in 2nd place for the day — and we need your help to get to 1st!! We would be so so so grateful if you helped us hit this goal!
I mean, look how cute we are:
So much love,
