I am searching for a job and when asked in the application I do say I have a disability, and I believe that is the only thing that got me through the first scanning phase.
As I only knew a few months back I am tired of masking it for 30 years.
I just went and read your article about accommodation in workplace, and all I can say is WOW it explains a lot of the things that bothered me in my jobs. I though it was because I was introvert. :(
Sadly in Egypt people don't get mental health stuff the awesomeness is slowly raising but not as fast as it should.
