Hi. I’m just gonna say it…
I’m a sucker for ADHD-friendly gadgets. I buy all the journals… the stickers.. the fidget toys. 🙃 The algorithm knows this and I’m constantly being fed the ads for ADHD-related products.
I decided to save you time and energy, and I’ll be sharing my favorite findings more regularly… so, here we go..
But first.. a poll:
My Top ADHD-Friendly Tools that are working for me (this month 😜)
Llama Life
Rarely do productivity-related apps/systems work for me for very long - but I’ve recently discovered LlamaLife and I’m really digging it. I think I love it because it was so clearly designed by someone with ADHD. LlamaLife is this nifty little side bar in my browser that helps me stay on track with tasks and includes a visual timer, fun sounds, and visual effects when you complete tasks. Check it out here
Pipersong Meditation Chair
I know I’ve mentioned this before - but honestly, I can’t scream praises loud enough. I’m basically obsessed with my chair. I am so excited to sit down at this thing each day - it’s changed the way that I work. Check it out!
Speks
Anyone who’s been on a Zoom with me in that last 3-4 months can testify that I am ALWAYS playing with my Speks fidget toy. Speks is a must for my desk! The magnetic balls are my absolute favorite. 20/10 recommend!

Loop Earplugs
Loop is hands-down the most recommended earplug within the ADHD Community - someone mentions Loop Earplugs to me nearly every week. If you struggle with over-stimulation, sleep, focus, parenting, etc — Loop may be a great solution for you.

Thanks for the recommendations. I will definitely check out the app. It always helps to have something to do my hands (especially while trying to concentrate) so I’m mesmerized by the Speks.
None of the poll optione speak to me. Meditation really helps me. Guided sleepmeditation is so helpfull. Insight timer is the app I use.
