Thanks for the recommendations. I will definitely check out the app. It always helps to have something to do my hands (especially while trying to concentrate) so I’m mesmerized by the Speks.

None of the poll optione speak to me. Meditation really helps me. Guided sleepmeditation is so helpfull. Insight timer is the app I use.

I have to say that I am generally VERY skeptical of anything that purports to be an "ADHD App" but looking at the Llama Life page, it does a lot of what I already do with other tools, and it has so much potential to scale based on different templates. I'll have to check it out I guess.
